Gremlins, Bantams, Midgets, Youth and Intermediates
6:00pm - 8:00pm - COC    

Distance Group - 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - COC

Track Meets held on Saturdays in Santa Clarita or San Fernando and/or the Conejo Valley starting on March 14th.

Please ensure that your athlete has the proper running apparel, especially shoes.

As the weather is still unpredictable, a sweatshirt is recommended. 
Please have your athlete bring water only.


Please make sure your athlete eats something before
they come to practice and that they drink enough water too.
